Main Responsibilities:
- Drive new revenue and enrolments for ILHAM’s programmes (non-aLIVE)
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Manage and maintain client databases
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed
- Ensure the company’s message is communicated effectively to clients and prospects
- Identify potential risks, as well as potential areas for growth
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project delivery
- Attend industry events to build and maintain a professional network
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- 1–2 years proven sales experience with closing responsibility.
- Experience with CRM and Office Suite (Microsoft or Google Workspace).
- Basic analytics literacy, including a test-and-learn mindset.
- Proven track record in business development and relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
