Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue and enrolments for ILHAM’s programmes (non-aLIVE)
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches
  • Manage and maintain client databases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed
  • Ensure the company’s message is communicated effectively to clients and prospects
  • Identify potential risks, as well as potential areas for growth
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project delivery
  • Attend industry events to build and maintain a professional network

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • 1–2 years proven sales experience with closing responsibility.
  • Experience with CRM and Office Suite (Microsoft or Google Workspace).
  • Basic analytics literacy, including a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Proven track record in business development and relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
