Overview
We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our Design team for a 3-month contract role. At LaunchGood, brand is more than just logos and colors — it’s how our community experiences us at every touchpoint.
As a Brand Designer, you’ll help evolve and protect our brand identity, including branding our flagship Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah programs. You’ll partner closely with Marketing on brand campaigns, and work across departments to ensure everything we create feels cohesive, inspiring, and true to who we are.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and improve customer touchpoints (emails, landing pages, support docs, etc.)
- Develop seasonal program branding for Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah
- Create and maintain visual identity systems and brand guidelines
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute brand campaigns
- Produce templates and toolkits for company-wide use
- Design presentation decks and storytelling materials
- Support internal brand applications, including employee swag
What we’re looking for
- Must be based in North America (preferably Toronto or ET timezone)
- 3–5 years of brand/visual design experience, with a strong portfolio of identity and campaign work
- Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong copywriting skills for brand and marketing communications
- Sharp attention to detail with a high bar for consistency and polish
- Strong ability in typography, color, layout, and identity systems
- Strategic thinker who balances creativity with business and brand objectives
- Excellent collaborator, able to work across teams in a remote environment
- Adaptable, comfortable switching between big-picture identity work and fast-turnaround assets
- Passion for LaunchGood’s mission and values
