| Experience Details | Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred. - Extensive experience (10+ years) in mutual funds distribution, preferably in a leadership role. - Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and achieving business objectives in the mutual funds industry. - Strong knowledge of mutual funds, Insurance and other retail investment products, market trends, regulatory requirements, and distribution best practices. - Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams. - Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. |
