Description
ISNA Canada is seeking a dedicated Donor Care Coordinator to join our Growth Team on a full-time basis. This role is essential to building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the impact of their contributions. The Donor Care Coordinator will lead stewardship activities, provide excellent customer service, and support the organization’s fundraising initiatives by fostering long-term donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Donor Stewardship & Care
- Serve as the first point of contact for donor inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Develop and implement stewardship strategies to strengthen donor loyalty.
- Coordinate thank-you calls, personalized acknowledgements, and impact updates.
Donor Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM system.
- Track donor engagement, prepare regular reports, and identify trends in donor giving.
- Support segmentation of donor groups for targeted outreach.
Fundraising Support
- Assist with campaign execution, including donor communications and follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics for donor events and appreciation initiatives.
- Work with the Growth Team to identify opportunities for donor upgrades and recurring giving.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a donor-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the nonprofit sector is an asset.
