Experience Details | Profile Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, or a related field (required). MOEHE teaching license or eligibility to apply. Additional qualifications in educational leadership (desirable). Fluency in English is mandatory Child safeguarding trained Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Meet professional teacher education requirements of school Must hold a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure, or equivalent, for countries lived in outside of the UK Skills and Abilities Knowledge In-depth knowledge and understanding of School curriculum (National Curriculum – Secondary) and associated assessment methods Up to date curriculum developments Application of effective teaching and learning theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of all children (e.g. classroom organisation and learning strategies) Proven leadership and management skills A leader of teaching and learning Experienced curriculum and team leader Minimum 3 years of teaching Arabic at secondary level, including IGCSE and A-Level. Experience working with the Qatari Ministry of Education or similar regulatory body (preferred). Proven track record in curriculum design and leadership. Skills The ability to develop good personal relationships within a team An effective and experienced communicator (written and verbal) to a variety of audiences High level of IT competency Deep understanding of Arabic language pedagogy, national education frameworks, and British international examination systems. Bilingual in Arabic and English. Effective communicator, leader, and mentor. Strong organizational and data analysis skills. Ability to inspire both staff and students. Committed to safeguarding and continuous improvement.
