Al Bushra Elementary School is a leading Islamic elementary school located in Barrhaven, dedicated to nurturing students who are equipped to fulfill their responsibilities as informed by Islam, through connecting with, loving, and practicing the religion. We are seeking dedicated and passionate instructors for the following subjects : Islamic Studies(1), Quran(1), French(1), and Arabic(1) to join our team at Al Bushra Elementary School. As a part-time instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Islamic education that enriches students‘ understanding of your dedicated subject (Islamic studies, Quran recitation, French or Arabic language).

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in one of the following subjects Islamic studies, Quran recitation, French or the Arabic language.
• Create lesson plans that integrate Islamic values and teachings into the curriculum.
• Teach students either Quran memorization & Tajweed (correct pronunciation), Islamic studies, or understanding of French or  Arabic language fundamentals.
• Foster a supportive and respectful learning environment reflective of Islamic principles.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to support students’ learning and progress.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of one of the following Islamic teachings, Quran recitation, French, and Arabic language.
• Previous teaching experience or tutoring experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students in Islamic education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hourly pay rate: From $22.00 per hour.
