Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional on-camera presence and communication skills. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Deep understanding of journalistic ethics and news values. Proficiency with teleprompters, newsroom software, and other broadcast tools. Excellent research and interviewing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Canadian citizenship or eligibility to work in Canada.
