Seekers Guidance is looking for a dedicated Podcast Coordinator to manage and enhance our podcast offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Islamic scholarship, be proficient in both English and Arabic, and possess strong coordination and organizational skills. Key Job Parameters:

Key Responsibilities: Content Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate podcast recordings.
• Liaise with guest speakers, scholars, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage the podcast calendar and ensure the timely release of episodes.

Quality Assurance:

• Adhere to SeekersGuidance’s standards and processes.
• Ensure all podcast content meets the organization’s quality and editorial guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of podcast episodes.

Technical Management:

• Oversee the editing and post-production process.
• Ensure podcasts are uploaded and distributed on all relevant platforms.
• Implement podcast and media best practices.

Growth and Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends in podcasting and media.
• Explore new opportunities to expand the podcast’s reach and audience.
• Be eager to learn and grow within the role and the organization.

Key Skills:

• Coordination: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
