We are looking for someone who will: • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging, and inclusive lessons to KS2 pupils. • Set high expectations for pupils' achievement and behaviour. • Focus on securing excellent outcomes through a knowledge-rich curriculum and robust assessment strategies. • Embed Islamic values and character education across learning experiences. • Take an active role in wider school life, including extra-curricular activities, assemblies, and theme days. • Collaborate closely with colleagues to improve practice and contribute to curriculum development. • Support and promote a strong safeguarding culture across the school community. Who can apply? Graduate Candidates (seeking QTS via a paid apprenticeship route) with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and recent, relevant experience working in primary settings. Following a probationary period, you will receive in- school support to undertake a fully funded teacher apprenticeship, with protected study time each week. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) already holding QTS by August 2025. You will complete your ECF Induction with the support of experienced mentors and receive a tailored CPD programme, linked to the Early Career Framework and school improvement priorities. Experienced Teachers with a strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes. Following a probationary period, you will either be offered robust in-school support to complete a teacher-degree qualification or continue to develop your leadership skills in a school committed to nurturing future leaders, with opportunities for subject leadership or school-wide projects.
