Experience Details | Qualifications: A university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred Strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, ideally with a local or international NGO or in a healthcare setting Skills & Competencies: Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Highly organized with keen attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stay composed under pressure and multitask during peak hours Demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to confidentiality Personal Attributes & Requirements Commitment to MAP’s mission, values, and zero-tolerance policy on sexual exploitation and abuse Respect for diversity, anti-discrimination, and equal opportunity principles Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends in emergencies Passion for promoting the health and dignity of Palestinians Upholds confidentiality and MAP’s code of conduct in all areas of work |
