| Experience Details | QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (nonprofit management, communications, business, etc.) Strong passion for engaging with and building relationships with diverse donor communities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English. Strong time and project management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Passion for data management, organization, and process improvement. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. Experience in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations is a plus. Experience working in or with remote teams. Self-motivated and able to learn new tools and systems independently. Willingness and availability to travel several times per year. Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on responsibilities. Knowledge or interest in the life and character of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Familiarity with Islam and the Muslim community in North America. |
