Student Affairs Coordinator
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Student Affairs Coordinator to lead and manage student support across SeekersGuidance Academy. You’ll ensure every student feels welcomed, guided, and supported as they engage with our global Islamic curriculums.Key Job Parameters:
- Part-Time
- Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Design support systems and online orientation for new students
- Oversee automated helpdesk, messages, and reminders
- Coordinate mentorship sessions, forums, and reports
- Monitor student progress and course completion rates
- Track scholarship student attendance and study hours
- Collect and analyze student feedback for continuous improvement
- Facilitate meetings between students and teachers
- Collaborate with faculty and tech teams to improve the learning experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in online learning environments and support services
- Familiar with student lifecycle and academic retention strategies
- Comfortable using LMS platforms like Moodle
- Strong written communication, organization, and teamwork skills
