| Experience Details | Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Strong organizational and logistical planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. A strong sense of ownership and accountability; demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and commitments. Knowledge or interest in the Prophet Muhammad’s life and character. Knowledge of Islam and Muslims in North America. Bonus Skills (not required) Experience in customer service or travel coordination. Working experience at a Muslim non profit organization. Experience using travel management software. |
