| Experience Details | Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or a related role. Proven track record in achieving fundraising goals, major gifts, and event sponsorships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grant writing and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in donor management software and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to the mission and values of MAS Houston and familiarity with the local Muslim community is preferred. |
