| Experience Details | Role & Responsibilities: Promote and guide the students to achieve their full potential in all Islamic subjects. Expected to maintain and prioritise own workload in line with the centres objectives. Effectively achieve set targets in line with the centres expectations. Comply with all policies, legislation and all codes of practice of Raising Explorers. Establish ground rules that underpin appropriate behaviour and respect for others. Qualifications and Skills Person specification Essential qualities: Excellent knowledge of Tajweed (Necessary) Excellent knowledge of Islamic Studies Experience of working in a teaching role at Masjid, Maktab or Madrassa, exceptional candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply. Passionate about raising achievement and providing the best possible Islamic education for all children. Ability to work on own initiative and identify new opportunities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated, organised and professional. Portray a positive attitude. UK candidates only Desirable: Successfully completed Aalim/Aalimah/Hifz course or a similar Islamic course. |
