| Experience Details | Requirements A minimum of a Level 4 qualification in Counselling (or equivalent). Demonstrated experience providing counselling services to young people in an educational setting. Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and mental health best practices. Experience in working with external support services and signposting students appropriately. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen and advise in a non-judgemental and supportive manner. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic school environment. A clear commitment to student welfare, inclusion, and achievement. |
