Experience Details | Qualifications & Competencies • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a leadership role. • Past experience producing social media content, managing multiple platforms, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) is required • Creative and energetic with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands • Ability to cut the complexity and present immersive stories • Ability to maintain high level of attention to detail and consistency in language and brand • Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills • Excellent organizational skills to work independently • Ability to manage projects with many moving parts • Motivated self-starter who is able to take both guidance and initiative • Detail-oriented and committed to deadlines • Works well in a team with a collaborative lens • Bilingual/proficiency in French is an asset • Eligible to work in Canada |
