Role Overview
The Outreach Director will lead Miftaah’s expansion by building strong community relationships and driving program attendance across cities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with masaajid, MSAs, and community leaders
Plan and execute outreach strategies to increase program attendance
Coordinate local promotion efforts across multiple cities
Track engagement and improve outreach systems over time

Exprerience Details
Basic Requirements
3–5+ years in outreach, community engagement, or event mobilization
Proven ability to drive attendance or participation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel and manage multi-city coordination
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Islamic nonprofit or da‘wah work
Existing relationships with key communities
