Role Overview
The Outreach Director will lead Miftaah’s expansion by building strong community relationships and driving program attendance across cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute outreach strategies to increase program attendance
- Coordinate local promotion efforts across multiple cities
- Track engagement and improve outreach systems over time
- Build and maintain relationships with masaajid, MSAs, and community leaders

Exprerience Details
Basic Requirements
- 3–5+ years in outreach, community engagement, or event mobilization
- Proven ability to drive attendance or participation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel and manage multi-city coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Islamic nonprofit or da‘wah work
- Existing relationships with key communities
