About Little Ilm Club: Little Ilm Club is a warm, nurturing Islamic playgroup and learning space for young children and their families. Our mission is to create a loving environment where children develop a strong foundation in Islam, build confidence, and grow socially, emotionally, and spiritually through play-based learning and structured activities. We are currently looking for a passionate, kind, and engaging Arabic & Qur’an Teacher to join our growing team. Role Overview You will be responsible for teaching basic Arabic and Qur’an to young children in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way, helping to nurture a love for Allah, the Qur’an, and Islamic learning from an early age. Key Responsibilities

• Teach Arabic letters, basic vocabulary, and simple phrases
• Teach Qur’an recitation, short surahs, duas, and Islamic songs
• Lead interactive group sessions through storytelling, games, songs, and activities
• Create a warm, encouraging and nurturing learning environment
• Support children’s emotional, social and spiritual development
• Work collaboratively with the Little Ilm Club team
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing standards are maintained at all times

Essential Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic
• Strong knowledge of Qur’an recitation and basic tajweed
• Experience working with young children (ages 0–5 preferred)
• Kind, patient, energetic and nurturing personality
• Passion for Islamic education and early years learning
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one

Desirable (But Not Essential)

• Early Years / Teaching qualification
• Previous experience in Islamic schools, madrasahs, nurseries, or playgroups
• Experience delivering interactive, play-based learning
