Tajan Quran Institute is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Associate Director to provide instructional, operational, and administrative leadership for its Evening, Sunday, and Adult Quranic Arabic, Quran Memorization, and Islamic Studies programs.
Working under the Director of Education, the Associate Director will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise instructional staff, support student success, and ensure high-quality educational programming rooted in Islamic values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Evening, Sunday, and Adult education programs.
- Support implementation of the Institute's educational vision.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate instructional staff.
- Monitor instructional quality and student achievement.
- Foster a positive Islamic learning environment.
- Oversee student attendance, discipline, and family communication.
- Coordinate schedules, events, facilities, and instructional resources.
- Support enrollment, registration, and program administration.
- Collaborate with Ayah Academy leadership to align educational programs.
Make a meaningful impact by supporting students, teachers, and families while advancing Quranic education through instructional excellence and Islamic character.
Exprerience Details
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- At least three years of teaching and educational leadership experience.
- Experience supervising or mentoring teachers.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Commitment to Islamic values and the mission of Tajan Quran Institute.
Preferred Experience
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Leading Quran, Arabic, or Islamic Studies programs.
- Working in nonprofit, Islamic school, or weekend/evening educational settings.
