Ayah Academy is seeking a dependable Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain building and grounds upkeep, including minor repairs.
- Manage trash removal and recycling.
- Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning and maintenance materials.
- Respond to spills or safety hazards promptly.
- Support setup and breakdown for school events as needed.
Play an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for the entire Ayah Academy community.
Exprerience Details
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior custodial or maintenance experience.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Commitment to Islamic values and the mission of Ayah Academy.
Preferred Experience
- Experience maintaining a school or childcare facility.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or general building systems.
