Tajan Foundation is seeking an experienced, visionary, and mission-driven Director of Education & Principal to provide strategic leadership for all educational programs while serving as the Principal of Ayah Academy. This executive leadership role oversees Ayah Academy, the Full-Time Hifdh Program, and the Associate Director of Tajan Quran Institute to advance excellence in academics, Islamic education, student development, and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all Tajan Foundation educational programs.
- Serve as Principal of Ayah Academy, overseeing academics, operations, student services, and school culture.
- Lead and oversee the Full-Time Hifdh Program.
- Supervise and support the Associate Director of Tajan Quran Institute.
- Lead curriculum development, instructional improvement, and professional learning.
- Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate faculty and staff.
- Build strong partnerships with families and the broader community.
- Manage budgets, enrollment planning, and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary educational liaison to the Tajan Foundation Board.
Exprerience Details
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
- Principal certification or educational leadership credential.
- At least five years of progressively responsible educational leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in instructional leadership, curriculum development, staff supervision, and school improvement.
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
- Commitment to Islamic education and the mission of Tajan Foundation.
Preferred Experience
- Leading an Islamic school or educational organization.
- Supervising multiple educational programs.
- Knowledge of Hifdh, Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies programming.
