About the Position
We are seeking a passionate, student-centered Elementary Teacher (Grades K–7) to join our growing school community in Fresno. The ideal candidate is dedicated to academic excellence, social-emotional learning, and creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that supports the whole child.Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with California Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and CA ELD Standards.
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and responsibility.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including English Learners and students needing academic intervention.
- Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Integrate social-emotional learning and character development into daily instruction.
- Maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and communication with families.
