Have you experience developing and delivering impactful social media strategies?
Are you skilled in creating engaging multimedia content for diverse audiences?
At Islamic Relief Worldwide, we don’t just communicate stories — we change lives through them.
As one of the world’s leading humanitarian organisations, working in over 40 countries, we respond to disasters, tackle poverty, and support vulnerable communities. About the role:
You’ll play a key role in shaping the voice of a globally recognised charity — managing platforms and telling compelling stories that inspire action, build trust, and connect with millions.
You will manage and grow our global presence across current and new platforms and create engaging, high-quality multimedia content. You will communicate the impact of Islamic Relief’s humanitarian work, amplify the voices of the communities we serve around the world, and engage diverse audiences – from individual donors and policymakers to institutions and media.
You will deliver timely campaigns to support fundraising, advocacy, and emergency appeals and respond quickly to breaking news and global events.
The Global Social Media Coordinator will lead the development and delivery of our social media strategy, using data, new trends and partnerships to expand our reach and influence online.
