KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily Hifdh instruction, including listening to and evaluating Sabaq, Sabaq Para, and Manzil
  • Ensure strong retention, accuracy, and consistency in students' memorization
  • Correct Tajweed errors with precision, clarity, and consistency
  • Monitor student progress and identify areas of weakness early
  • Maintain discipline, structure, and a positive learning environment
  • Provide mentorship and tarbiyah support tailored to student needs
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
  • Collaborate with administration and fellow instructors to maintain program standards
  • Serve as a role model in character, adab, punctuality, and professionalism
 

Exprerience Details

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Hafizah of the Qur'an with Ijazah
  • Strong mastery of theoretical and applied Tajweed (makharij and sifat)
  • Prior teaching experience in a structured Hifdh setting
  • Ability to motivate students while maintaining firm expectations
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and mentorship-driven approach
  • Effective communication skills in English
