KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee daily Hifdh instruction, including listening to and evaluating Sabaq, Sabaq Para, and Manzil
- Ensure strong retention, accuracy, and consistency in students' memorization
- Correct Tajweed errors with precision, clarity, and consistency
- Monitor student progress and identify areas of weakness early
- Maintain discipline, structure, and a positive learning environment
- Provide mentorship and tarbiyah support tailored to student needs
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
- Collaborate with administration and fellow instructors to maintain program standards
- Serve as a role model in character, adab, punctuality, and professionalism
Exprerience Details
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Hafizah of the Qur'an with Ijazah
- Strong mastery of theoretical and applied Tajweed (makharij and sifat)
- Prior teaching experience in a structured Hifdh setting
- Ability to motivate students while maintaining firm expectations
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and mentorship-driven approach
- Effective communication skills in English
