Join our passionate and dynamic team at London’s largest, busiest and oldest Mosque and Islamic Centre, and make a meaningful impact as an Operations Officer. The Operations Officer will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of events, venue hire, reception, and security services across the East London Mosque and London Muslim Centre. A core focus of the role is the planning, coordination, and delivery of events and bookings, alongside responsibility for maintaining high-quality frontline reception services and supporting a safe and secure environment for worshippers, visitors, hirers, staff, and volunteers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, good communication and customer service skills, and able to maintain and develop good working relationships with others. This role requires flexibility in working hours and may include evenings and weekends. Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory references and DBS clearance.
