| Experience Details | Qualifications 3 years of experience as a UI Designer, with a focus on high-fidelity execution Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Excellent visual design skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design work, including web and mobile applications Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Experience with motion design and animation is a plus |
